• Please read carefully before confirming your tattoo appointment.
• Customers aged 25 or under must bring valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, or government-issued ID).
• Booking fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred within 7 days of your appointment. Appointments changed within this period will require a new booking fee.
• If your artist cannot attend, an alternative appointment or refund will be offered.
• Remaining balances can be paid by cash or card in the studio.
• Please send all tattoo references before your appointment.
• One guest maximum may attend with you during your appointment. No under 18s are allowed in the tattoo area.
• Arrive on time. Appointments over 30 minutes late may be cancelled and require a new booking fee.
• Do not use numbing cream unless discussed with your artist beforehand.
• We cannot tattoo over some scars, moles, sunburn, or irritated skin.
• Please avoid alcohol the night before, moisturise the area beforehand, eat before your appointment, and wear comfortable clothing with easy access to the tattoo area.
• We cannot tattoo clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Hand and foot tattoos may require multiple touch-ups due to the nature of the skin.
• One free touch-up is included within 3 months. Missed touch-up appointments or arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in a minimum charge.
